"Unfortunately driver broke down and meant driver over an hour late picking us up from Airport on arrival. He did phone and he advised would let us of could get another driver. We were left waiting until 10 minutes before he arrived not knowing what was happening and could not contact main office as number we were given was not correct. Driver was very nice and couldn't apologise enough and our pick up for return flight was great. In future I will not pre pay as feel we should have got a refund due to inconvenience of all this"

One negative comment - I tried multiple times to call the 24-hour emergency number the day before just to confirm everything was set up for the following day, but the phone number did not connect. If I did actually have a problem I do not understand how I would have gotten any help. The number provided needs to be answered otherwise don't call it a 24-hour emergency number."
