"Overall satisfied with the service. Only 3 stars fir the vehicle because we paid for a small car with a baby car seat but instead we got a minivan with no car seat. Therefore, the baby travelled in my lap, less safe and comfortable than in a baby car seat."

"Excellent service. I had to re-book during a period of extreme travel disruption, including changing arrival airport as well as the time. The reservations team were amazingly helpful and the car arrived punctually. On top of this, I was taken ill during the journey, the driver was kind, concerned yet unperturbed and stopped whenever I requested. What a great service - wouldn't hesitate to use them again!"

"Generally good not your usual Brussels taxi experience! - happy drivers, drives within the speed limit, taxi doesn't smell of an ashtray, likes kids. Only issue one driver only had one child seat when I booked two."
