"Excellent service, the driver was waiting for us, was polite and helpful, also a very careful driver which was appreciated with four small children. I would highly recommend this service from Charleroi which is only slightly more expensive than the packed shuttle bus service when travelling with a group, but this drops you directly to your hotel."

"Reliable, punctual and efficient shuttle service with good communication from both drivers in clean and modern vans. The return drive around midnight was a bit rough and too speedy, though. Overall: recommended."

"Very good service!"
2021-07-20
"I am overall satisfied with the service. I would have appreciated a pro-active communication from the company, i.e. to know in advance the type of car, plate number and name of the driver. Also, since it was my first time at Charleroi it would have helped to be explained in advance that due to COVID filters the drop-off is at the entry of the parking lot, meaning that I had to cross the whole parking lot with my luggage."
