"The price was very good, and I was happy with the driver and the car. However, the service was not punctual. We had to wait around 15 minutes and spent a long time looking for the driver. The confirmation email said that the company would track the flight and that the driver would be waiting near Starbucks, but we could not find him there. We had to ask people for help and call the company before the driver finally arrived. Overall, the transfer was good, but the meeting point and punctuality could be improved."
