Shuttle Transfer pick-up time from an address
The pick up time is approximately 2,5-3 hours before the flight departure. You will receive an sms in the afternoon the day before your travel.

Shuttle Transfer pick-up time from the airport:
Your driver will greet you at the airport meeting point. Please do not leave the meeting point. Shuttle Transfers may wait for arrival flights with 40 minutes difference. We are not responsible for flight delays.

All vehicles are insured for the passengers and their luggages.

All vehicles are non-smoking. charleroiexpress.be reserves the right to refuse to carry passengers who smoke or drink in the vehicle or those who violate other passengers and risk the safety due to alcoholic or drug influence.

It is strictly forbidden to negotiate a booking with the driver. Passengers who don't have an official online booking are not insured, therefore the charleroiexpress.be does not take any responsibility in case of an accident or loss/damaged luggages. Picking up passengers at the airport is also forbidden by the Passenger Transportation Regulations of Brussels South Charleroi Airport. Only passengers who pre-booked their transfer at www.charleroiexpress.be are allowed to take a seat in the vehicle.

Cancellations and delays caused by the road conditions and flight delays are out of our control.
