A: Yes, we always transfer you to or from the address you mention in your booking.
Q: What does your service cost?
A: please go to our website's mainpage and start to make your booking. On the next page, after you push "Check prices" you will see the price of the requested service.
Q: I cannot find my destination in your online reservation system. It means that you cannot provide the service for me?
A: We can provide you a transfer to and/or from any destination in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany in relation of Brussels Airport and Charleroi Airport. Our online reservation system only consists the most frequently visited destinations.
Q: How can I contact you, if my flight has a delay or I want to modify my pick up time?
A: After you made your booking, you will instantly receive your e-ticket. In the e-ticket you will find your driver's mobile phone number.
Q: How can I pay for your service?
A: You have to pay for your driver, before you start your journey.
Q: How can I get an invoice?
A: Please put all company details when you make your online booking. Your driver will give you an official taxi voucher.
Q: I am a travel agent, I want to pay in advance for my clients. How can I do that?
A: We accept bank transfers and credit cards from travel agencies and tour operators.
Q: Do you deal with big groups?
A: We can provide minibuses and coaches for groups. Please contact us via e-mail and send us your request, including flight details, arrival and departure times, name and address of the accomodation, nr. of passengers.
Q: Your system doesn't allow me to book. Why?
A: If you cannot move to "Step 2" it is most likely, because there is no sufficient time to book your transfer. Please keep in mind that most transfers you should book at least 24-48 hours in advance. Anyway, in such case please write us an email about your request.
