In these booking conditions references to "you" and "your" and "passenger(s)" means the person who accepts a quotation or offer of charleroiexpress.be and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred or whose booking is accepted by charleroiexpress.be
The passenger undertakes to charleroiexpress.be that all the details you have supplied are correct, including passenger’s name, number of passengers (including babies and children), dates, pick up information, pick up address, drop off address, flight details (flight arrival/departure time, flight numbers) and credit or debit card details.
In case of any changes of details supplied, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes.
charleroiexpress.be will put its' best endeavours to find and rectify any errors and omission as quickly as possible.
In case of obvious errors occuring such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect, charleroiexpress.be shall reserve the right to cancel that reservation and the customer will not have any liability to this regard.
charleroiexpress.be represents various transportation service providers worldwide. The contract for the provision of the transportation service is between the passenger and the service provider. When you submit your request for a service, your reservation details are sent to the service provider. A contract will only come into being upon the acceptance of the service provider of your reservation. In that case a confirmation email is sent to you and the contract between you and the service provider is formed.
By placing a reservation, booking with charleroiexpress.be you are entering into a contract with the transportation service provider and not charleroiexpress.be
Reservation constitutes your agreement to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
The liability for the provision of transfer services between passenger the service provider applies solely to the contracting parties. charleroiexpress.be’s liabilities involved in this agreement shall therefore be limited to those of a third-party broker between passenger and service provider. Any liabilities following from the provision of the transfer service shall be the sole responsibility of the service provider and its insurance company.
In giving his/her consent to these terms and conditions passenger accepts that charleroiexpress.be will by no means be held responsible for any losses, damages, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the service, the incorrect booking process by the Service Provider, errors made by passenger when booking or inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us during the booking process.
Neither charleroiexpress.be nor the service provider shall be responsible for any losses (including for instance missed flights) due to passenger’s failure to allow sufficient time for the journey.
charleroiexpress.be reserves the right, on behalf of the service provider, to refuse any order placed by a customer. charleroiexpress.be can not be under the obligation to guarantee to successfully allocate a service provider to every booking request. In the unlikely event that we are not able to allocate a provider to your booking request we will email you to advise you as soon as possible.
Our On-line Booking services are provided on an "as is" basis so we do not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the availability of any product(s).
The vehicle(s) shown during the booking process is not the exact vehicle that will be used for your transfer service. In case of group bookings it may happen that the local service provider, due to lack of availability, will use minivans for your transfer instead of a coach.
Passenger confirms that the provided payment details for booking a service are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and has sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of service. Advance payments will be processed by the transportation service provider.
If you choose to pay the driver, please ensure that you have the required amount available, in local currency, unless otherwise stated in your booking voucher.

The purpose of data transmission: customer support for users, confirming transactions and fraud-monitoring for users defence.
Changes to your reservation must be sent to us in written form via e-mail.
These alterations to your reservation must be sent via e-mail up to 48 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. Within 48 hours period you must contact the service provider directly by calling the phone number provided in your booking confirmation email. All amendments are subject to availability.
Amendments or cancellation requests should not be made with the drivers.
If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time of the transfer service you wish to cancel, the amount paid for this transfer will be refunded in full (deducting a handling fee of 5% but at least 15 euro). No monies will be refunded for cancellations received less than 48 hours from the scheduled time of the transfer service you wish to cancel. In these instances we will email you a cancellation note which may be used to claim the expense back against your tour operator, airline, or travel insurance provider.
Reservations can be cancelled via email or through our my booking section up to 48 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. After this period the service provider must be contacted directly by calling the phone number provided in the booking confirmation email.
Passengers will be advised as soon as possible to the e-mail address provided if for any reason the service can not be provided and as a result the booking needs to be cancelled.
For custom reservations and bus transfers the free cancellation period is up to 48 hours before the transfer pick-up time.
At transfer time the driver will wait at the specified airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes after the published time of flight arrival. The waiting time at any other place shall be restricted to 20 minutes after the agreed time.
In the unlikely event that the driver can not be located at the meeting point, or if there is a delay due to customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, the passenger(s) should contact the emergency number provided in the booking confirmation e-mail and advise of the issue.
If no such contact has been made within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and within 20 minutes for non-airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service provider reserves the right to allocate the driver to another job, and in such case passenger will incur the full price of the booked service.
Your flight will be monitored for delays by the local dispatch office and in case your flight is delayed your reservation will be automatically updated to the actual arrival time. If the arrival flight is delayed for more than three hours and/or if the airline provides no information about the new arrival time, the service provider can not gurantee that the contracted service will be available at the actual arrival time.
If your flight is diverted to another airport, please contact your service provider directly on the emergency number. If there is availability, the service provider may send a vehicle ti the airport for an additional cost.
Passenger should inform charleroiexpress.be at the time of booking if travelling with excess baggage. This is to ensure that the vehicle provided can accommodate your requests. The passenger(s) shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess or oversized luggage.
During the booking process extra services may be requested. charleroiexpress.be will endeavour to pass on all such requests to the service provider, but it can not be guaranteed that these requests meet the service provider’s technical potential, therefore charleroiexpress.be will have no liability if they do not. Child / baby seats will be provided if requested, whenever possible, however there may be exceptional cases when such seats can not be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitution, for example. Please note that we do not guarantee that the seats provided will be perfect fit for your child.
The distance and transfer time provided are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published and the trip should be planned accordingly.

The terms and conditions of charleroiexpress.be shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
charleroiexpress.be and the service provider shall not be liable to the passenger as a result of any delay, changes or cancellation of service as a result of a Force Majeure Event, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the reasonable control of the service provider. Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of the service provider including but not limited to as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, strikes, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, etc.
