I am overall satisfied with the service. I would have appreciated a pro-active communication from the company, i.e. to know in advance the type of car, plate number and name of the driver. Also, since it was my first time at Charleroi it would have helped to be explained in advance that due to COVID filters the drop-off is at the entry of the parking lot, meaning that I had to cross the whole parking lot with my luggage.
