Unfortunately driver broke down and meant driver over an hour late picking us up from Airport on arrival. He did phone and he advised would let us of could get another driver. We were left waiting until 10 minutes before he arrived not knowing what was happening and could not contact main office as number we were given was not correct. Driver was very nice and couldn't apologise enough and our pick up for return flight was great. In future I will not pre pay as feel we should have got a refund due to inconvenience of all this

Two trips in three days Going in to Brussels from Charleroi the driver was twenty minutes late, and the emergency number was on voice mail Going back to Charleroi, the driver was twenty five minutes late and in a van not a saloon, the emergency number was still on voice mail

Lovely driver, lovely car, but nine minutes late is too much, especially at am on a dark night, waiting on an isolated corner. The night manager comlaned that I had not said Bonjour when I texted him to ask where the taxi was.

Le choffeur est arrivé en retard, selon lui, à cause de la circulation. Mais c'est un aspect qu'il faut prévoir. Après, il nous a laissé très loin de la Terminal de l'aéroport, compte tenu que nos étions déjà en retard pour prendre le vol... Je ne le recommenderai plus jamais. Néfaste.

Service was excellent, driver was on time and go to my destination exactly as expected. One negative comment - I tried multiple times to call the 24-hour emergency number the day before just to confirm everything was set up for the following day, but the phone number did not connect. If I did actually have a problem I do not understand how I would have gotten any help. The number provided needs to be answered otherwise don't call it a 24-hour emergency number.

Everything was just perfect: informed a day on beforehand who our driver would be (name, phone number, car brand and type and registration number) The day of our travelling, we were informed when the driver was on his way and when he had arrived at the airport parking. Note that I contacted the driver on beforehand to be sure not to make any mistake regarding the rendez-vous spot.

I didn't have a phone to call your driver, and I was waiting from 8:45 to 9:10 pm for the driver to arrive, only after a telephone call to your emergency number by a kind lady who was waiting for a pick us as well. Fairly good service and I will use again.
