When we left the airport, we waited an hour. Several times we had to verify by telephone what was happening. The answer that arriving in 10 minutes was not true. The trip to the airport was perfect and no problem. Arrival on time, a quiet ride, a nice car and a pleasant driver.

Me facturer la totalité de la course prépayée alors que le chauffeur est prévenu une heure à l'avance de l'annulation d'un vol j'appelle cela de l'escroquerie. Que vous me comptiez un supplément pour dérangement , soit, mais considérer que la course doit être commandée une nouvelle fois, c'est de la malhonnêteté pure . The driver was late, but friendly and helpful, the car old but however it was clean and got me to my location on time. Also the txt message asked me to look out for a Peugeot 5008 , a Renault Megane actually picked me up.

Service great. Message from driver as landed stating he was outside, and then found him at Java as expected. Safe drive (even through starting snow). Only issue was had made invoice request through booking and never received through email, but journey and customer service on the day was excellent

Driver waiting for me on arrival, lovely car only issue I booked a car seat and he forgot it! Not good with a 2 year old on your knee for 1 hour in difficult driving conditions. My return was a lovely mini bus with a car seat thankfully. My hotel was central which meant being dropped off away from hotel which was not the best but I suppose due to the markets this was the only way.
